    I do my best to display as accurately as possible the color and image of the items on this site, however, the colors you see on your PC-screen may not be exactly the same as ours. I will gladly provide you with additional photos, in some cases swatches or any other information you need about the item you are purchasing.

    MADE TO ORDER

    Designs made to order are created once you place your order. I am a small business owner and I do not house large inventory. I create your item once you've placed your order. Sometimes I will offer different design deviations for your selection, but besides that you are ordering the item as designed with the choices you've selected. I provide an estimated shipping date in the details info.

    You will receive an email notification

    when your item ships. My designs are always limited in additions if you place an order for an item that is no longer available you will be refunded within 24 hours.

    MADE TO ORDER items are non refundable!

     

     

  • PRE- ORDER

    PRE-ORDER

     When you Pre- Order you're reserving an item that is very limited before it is available. An estimated

    shipping date is provided in the details.

    You will receive an email notification

    when your item ships. My designs are always limited in additions if you place an order for an item that is no longer available you will be refunded

    within 24 hours.

  • CUSTOM ORDER

     

    Custom fit orders are only available by appointment in the DMV area. I work closely with those individuals requesting custom items, ensuring fit sometimes with several fittings prior to completion.

    A lot of thought, time and effort goes into assuring the quality of my work and materials so that my clients receive beautiful well crafted items that they can wear for years.

    The process of creating custom items can take an estimated time of 5 to 8 weeks

     (longer for specialty items).

  • CUSTOM POCKARTS ETC.

     

    For Custom POCKARTS

    After payment email your artwork or picture with a minimum dpi of 150 pixels to me. I will email you a proof of your artwork for approval before creating the Pockart. Creating and shipping is normally with 7 days. I will email when your item has been shipped.

  • RETURN  POLICIES

     

    It's an honor and a pleasure to have you as a customer and I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! A lot of time and effort is put into each aspect of creating and preparing your order. I  inspect everything before being shipped, however we all can make mistakes. If indeed a mistake happens or you are not satisfied with your order please contact me and I will do all I can

    to rectify any problems.

    For items that are refundable contact me within 3 DAYS of receiving your item for a return ID #. Provided the item has not been worn, is in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging with all tags, by insured shipping within 10 days of receiving the return ID#,

    you will be credited a refund (minus shipping fees) within a 30 day billing cycle.

    1.Do you have a brick and mortar store?

       ~ No, I have a brick and mortar studio in my home.

    2. Why don't you have more items?

       ~ I don't have a mass production set up. Everything is created in my studio so in the midst of seeing clients, doing on line custom orders, wrapping, shipping, creating pieces for sale which are quite often snatched up before listing them on Sharyl's Closet there just isn't a lot of inventory to post. You will be able to get a heads up of whats coming by Liking me on Facebook. I will announce special offers there.

    3. Do you offer payment plans?

       ~ Sure I can do that on custom orders just email me.

    4. I'm local can I pick my item up and save the shipping fees?

       ~ If you're local and want to pick up your item give me a call or email me.
